The short version: you pay a one-time setup fee and then month to month, you can leave with 30 days notice, and if your first 30 days don't produce qualified leads and booked appointments, we keep working for free until they do.
01About these terms
These terms apply when you work with Meridian Media Agency ("Meridian", "we", "us") on the Meridian Client-Getting System, and when you use our free tools. By paying the setup fee you agree to them.
If we sign a written proposal or agreement with you and it says something different, the signed document applies.
02What we provide
- Done-for-you performance marketing on Meta and TikTok
- The AI client conversion system, replying to and qualifying leads on WhatsApp, Instagram and your forms, and booking them onto your calendar
- A weekly optimisation call with reporting
- The bonuses listed when you sign up
We confirm the exact scope with you in writing before work starts.
03Fees and payment
All prices are in US dollars.
04Refunds and cancellation
Setup fee. If you cancel before we start building your system, we refund the setup fee in full. Once work has started, the setup fee is non-refundable.
Monthly fee. There is no minimum term. You can cancel at any time by emailing us, and the service ends 30 days after we receive your notice. Months that have already been paid for are not refunded.
Ad spend. Money already spent on ads is paid to and used by the ad platforms, so we cannot refund it.
To cancel, email us at meridianmediaagency@meridianmediaagency.com. We confirm every cancellation in writing.
0530-day delivery guarantee
If we don't generate qualified leads and booked appointments in your first 30 days, we keep working at no additional cost until we do.
The guarantee is a promise to keep working for free. It is not a cash refund. The 30 days start when your campaigns go live, and the guarantee depends on the access, approvals and ad budget described in "Your part" below being in place.

- Give us accurate information about your business, services and prices
- Give us the access we need to your ad, WhatsApp and Instagram accounts
- Review and approve ads within a reasonable time
- Keep the agreed ad budget running
- Make sure you are allowed to advertise your services where you operate, and honour the offers in your ads
07Results
We work to bring you qualified leads and booked appointments, but we cannot promise a specific number of clients or a specific amount of revenue. That depends on your market, your offer and how leads are handled once they are booked.
The figures in the revenue calculator on our website are the numbers you enter. They are not a projection or a promise.
08Ad platforms and other services
Meta, TikTok and WhatsApp decide whether ads are approved and how they are delivered, and they can change their rules or restrict accounts. We follow their policies, but we are not responsible for their decisions or outages.
09Free tools
The Lead Leak Scorecard and the three free ads are free, with no obligation to buy anything. The scorecard gives an estimate based on your own answers. It is not professional or financial advice. The free ads are yours to keep either way.
10Liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profit. Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
11Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon.
12Changes
If these terms change, we will update the date at the top of this page. If a change affects an active client, we will email them about it first.
