Meridian Media Agency ("we", "us") runs paid advertising and automated messaging services for businesses, and this website. This policy explains what personal data we handle, why, and what rights you have over it.
01Who this applies to
This policy covers people who contact one of our clients through a WhatsApp or Instagram messaging assistant that we operate on that client's behalf, people who use the forms on this website, and people who contact Meridian directly.
When you message one of our clients, that client is the data controller for your information. Meridian processes it on their instructions.
02What we collect
Through a messaging assistant we run for one of our clients:
- Your name, email address and phone number, when you provide them
- The content of messages you send to the assistant, including images
- Your city or time zone, so appointments can be scheduled correctly
- What you tell us you would like to discuss
- Your messaging platform account identifier, so replies reach you
Through this website:
- Your name and email address, and your phone number and business name if you choose to add them
- What you write in the message box of the enquiry or booking form
- The time you pick when you book a strategy call
If you use the Lead Leak Scorecard and enter your email to see your result, we receive that email address, your answers and your score, so we can send you the written breakdown. We do not collect payment details through the assistant or this website.
03Why we collect it
- To answer your questions about the business you contacted
- To schedule, reschedule or cancel appointments
- To send you confirmation of a booking
- To pass your enquiry to a person when the assistant cannot help
- To reply to an enquiry you send through this website, and to arrange the strategy call you book
- To email you the scorecard breakdown you asked for
We do not use website enquiries to send you marketing you did not ask for.
05How long we keep it
Conversation history is retained for up to 12 months so the assistant can follow up on an ongoing enquiry. Appointment records are kept by the business you booked with, under their own retention policy. Website enquiries and booking details are kept for up to 12 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a client. You can ask for your data to be deleted sooner.

To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to the assistant at any time. For anything else, email us at the address below and we will respond within 30 days.
Meridian is based in Lebanon and handles personal data in line with Lebanon's Law No. 81 of 2018 on Electronic Transactions and Personal Data. If you live somewhere with its own data protection law, such as the EU or the UK, you also have the rights that law gives you, and you can use them by contacting us.
07Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored on access-controlled servers. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit who can access your information to those who need it to operate the service.
08Cookies and tracking
This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising pixels or any other tracking. It loads no third-party scripts, and its fonts and images are served from our own server.
The one exception is the client setup form: while you fill it in, your unfinished answers are saved in your own browser so you do not lose them if the page closes. They are not sent to us until you press send, and they are deleted from your browser once the form is sent.
Nothing else is stored on your device, so there is no cookie banner. If that ever changes, we will update this section and ask for your consent before anything optional is used.
09Children
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child's data has been collected, contact us and we will delete it.
10Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top of this page.
